Seafire foi uma leitura incrível. Um piratas do Caribe de saias! =)

A história tem como protagonista Caledônia, ela e sua melhor amiga tiveram a família assassinada Aric Athair, o antagonista dessa história.  Caledônia está focada em proteger a tripulação de seu navio Mors Navis e se vingar da perda de sua família.

Seafire é uma fantasia jovem adulta incrível! Uma das sacadas mais legais dessas história além do que quesito fantástico é a sororidade e empoderamento das personagens. O navio é composto por uma tripulação de pouco mais de cinquenta garotas, não há meninos neste navio.

Aric, o vilão dessa história não se faz muito presente nesse primeiro livro da trilogia, no entanto, sua persona paira durante toda a narrativa. Seu exército marítimo é composto por meninos que ele sequestra eles tornam-se viciados em um espécie de droga e fazem as maiores atrocidades em seu nome.

A maior parte deste livro acontece no navio da Caledônia e, assim, conhecemos muito bem sua equipe. Ela é uma personagem sensacional, adorei sua brutalidade. Amina, Redtooth , Hime e Lace, são algumas das personagens secundárias que fazem parte do Mors Navis, conhecer essas meninas aqueceu meu coração. Além de ter sido uma experiência bem diferente ter contato com quase que 100% de personagens femininas em uma história.

Essa história não tem traços de romance mas dá alguns presságios de que algo assim venha a acontecer nos próximos livros.

Seafire foi um começo incrível para uma trilogia, quem não fica instigado por uma premissa em que O oceano é governado por um cara, Aric Athair, impiedoso capitão que comanda uma tripulação chamada Bullets. Ele comanda tantas frotas e portos que é quase impossível para a Caledônia e sua tripulação navegar por seu radar - especialmente quando há uma recompensa por sua cabeça. E um enredo que fala tanto sobre feminismo e irmandade?!

Apesar do final ter sido meio estranho para mim, estou muito ansiosa para ler a continuação e recomendo muito essa leitura para quem gosta de ação e aventura e personagens destemidas!

Ainda não sei quando esse livro será publicado aqui no Brasil mas torço para que seja logo!

Seafire was an incredible read. A Caribbean pirate's skirts! =) 

The story stars as Caledonia, she and her best friend had the murdered family Aric Athair, the antagonist of that story. Caledonia is focused on protecting the crew of their ship Mors Navis and getting revenge for the loss of their family. 

Seafire is an incredible young adult fantasy! One of the coolest drafts of this story besides the fantastic thing is the sorority and empowerment of the characters. The ship consists of a crew of just over fifty girls, there are no boys on this ship. 

Aric, the villain of this story is not very present in this first book of the trilogy, nevertheless, his person hovers throughout the narrative. His maritime army consists of boys whom he kidnaps they become addicted to a kind of drug and do the greatest atrocities in his name. 

Most of this book is on the Caledonian ship, so we know your crew very well. She is a sensational character, I loved her brutality. Amina, Redtooth, Hime and Lace, are some of the minor characters that are part of Mors Navis, meet these girls warmed my heart. In addition to having a very different experience have contact with almost 100% of female characters in a story. This story has no traces of romance but gives some foreshadowing that something like that will happen in the next books. 

Seafire was an incredible start to a trilogy, who is not instigated by a premise in which The Ocean is ruled by a guy, Aric Athair, ruthless captain who commands a crew called Bullets. He commands so many fleets and ports that it is almost impossible for Caledonia and its crew to navigate its radar - especially when there is a reward for its head. And a plot that talks so much about feminism and brotherhood ?! 

Although the ending has been kind of strange for me, I am very anxious to read the sequel and I highly recommend this reading to anyone who likes action and adventure and fearless characters! 

I still do not know when this book will be published here in Brazil but I hope it will be soon!
